Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to our service on Kolakenda.lk, you agree to receive a daily serving of our herbal porridge drink ("Kola Kenda") on the selected weekdays for the duration of your subscription period (one month).

Deliveries are limited to selected corporate office locations, and pickup is arranged via the lunch room or security desk. Customers will be notified via WhatsApp once the drink is ready.

Payment must be completed in advance. Service is considered confirmed only after successful payment via our authorized gateway (PayHere).

Kolakenda.lk reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.


Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product — a fresh, perishable, daily-prepared drink — we do not offer any refunds, returns, or cancellations once your subscription has been confirmed.

Please ensure all delivery details and selected days are correct before proceeding with payment. In case of delivery errors caused by Kolakenda.lk, we will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. Incase if we decide to proceed with a refund, the refund will be given to the payment-initiated media itself.
